Scott takes every project from start to finish, from initial consultation to the survey map that you receive, because of his experience in survey department management of up to four survey crews, extensive experience in land division including Certified Survey Maps and subdivision platting, layout of highways, layout of residential and industrial/commercial facilities, layout of public utilities, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys (received training from one of the Board members who wrote the current minimum standards for ALTA surveys), FEMA Elevation Certificates and Letters of Map Amendment (LOMA), property surveys, field work, and drafting.
